This is a pagan place where all are welcome. It is an eclectic place that will primarily reflect my opinions, practices and views. Hopefully it will give some insight as to some pagan beliefs and practices. Please remember however, that just as other religions have many denominations or sects, Paganism is a broad term that encompasses many different traditions. Mine is only one view out of many. and finally, please remember the Word of the Day -- "RESPECT". Let me ask a question. If you attend a Catholic service (perhaps as a friend to someone or just because you're interested in something specific as a source of reference) does that make you a Catholic? If you attend a Gospel Meeting as an observer, does that make you a charismatic? I don't think so. If you attend services and rituals and the beliefs resonate within you, then yes. Attendance at public services does not make something your 'religion'. I know a lot of people who profess to be one thing or another in public, and don't follow any of it in their not-so-private lives. What makes you whatever you are spiritually is following and practicing the beliefs you hold in your heart and soul. simply learning about the doctrines, tenets, etc, of another religion does not make you a follower of that religion, it makes you an intelligent seeker of knowledge. Eventually we 'practice' magick with everything we do. Because we see the connectedness and we act in accordance, IMHO we are then acting magickally. When we act on instinct, when we interact with others, in one way or another our energy as an effect on them, therefore pretty much everything we do tends to be magickal at the base. Eventually as that awareness becomes an inherent part of us and we ourselves become truly magickal beings. Just my .02 Walk in Balance IPSOS Cheryl (Gummie) December 2005 Thank you. By the way, although this is a "dot.com" I am not here to sell you anything. I used to run a retail website under this name and decided to make it informational instead.
